Your Instructor - Tina McIntosh

I'm a Career Strategist and Coach with 20 years across six industries and three redundancies of my own. I've navigated pivots as a solo parent with no safety net and I've helped hundreds of mid-career professionals do the same with more clarity and less chaos than I had. I also spent years working inside large global organisations managing workforce transformation, including helping manage offshoring of 400 roles during a significant AI-driven restructure. I've been on both sides of the table. I know what organisations are looking for and I know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of a decision you didn't make. The frameworks in this course are the ones I built for myself and now I use with every client. They work whether you're navigating redundancy of choosing to leave, whether you want a new role, a different industry or something you'd like to build yourself.
